Guidelines for placing an order:

1. The client will be responsible for providing the needed information / data and the graphics / images including logo design and /or any premium stock icons / images along with the order submission.
2. Please also mention the payment transaction id for your order. This will help us identify your order and start the work on it.
3. Usually, we recognize two visible scrollable screens as a one webpage; so, page more than two visible screens will be considered as a part of next webpage even if it comes under one webpage/file.
4. Interface or template design once approved and finalized by client can not be changed at any circumstance. However, if client wants some changes; the extra amount will be applicable.

The things not included in these packages are as follows:

1. Logo Design, ad banners, business card or other business stationery not included in this cost. If the client does not have a logo design for the company, that will be designed by us as per client’s requirement with extra charges. For other detailed services please contact us separately via our main website.
2. Domain Registration and Web-hosting charges are not included in our offer as we ourselves don't provide it. If client wants we can provide a benchmark of several popular and affordable web-hosting providers.
3. No excessive flash or GIF animations included. However,if demanded we can create a simple yet beautiful common flash header for all pages.
4. NO web 2.0 or database driven or dynamic pages or e-Commerce software or blog included in this package.
5. No 3rd party premium components or software modules included.

Mode of Payment:

1. We accept all payments via PayPal or MoneyBookers.
2. Order payment should be made FULL in advance via one of above payment methods.
3. The actual work will take its effect after realization of the order payment.

Privacy Policy:

We value the privacy of information pertaining to our associates. We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources.

Adult Material Policy

Due to difference in regional cultures, material that is acceptable in some countries may not be acceptable in others. For this reason and many others, we maintain a strict "No Adult Material Policy". So, we do NOT accept any orders related to such material.

If your site contains any material that you are unsure about, please let us know before placing the order.

Payment & Refund Policy:

In the event of non-payment of any services beyond the stipulated time, SSDGM reserves the right to re-sell the Layout & all other related material to any third party or use itself, including the Content / Structure/ Proposed idea / Layout and all other related material without any intimation & no further correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

All amounts paid to SSDGM are non-refundable/ non-transferrable under any circumstances. You fully understand and agree that once the payment made, no amount or payment shall be refunded and no such claims will be entertained by SSDGM.

Termination of Services:

SSDGM reserves the right to stop or refuse any of our services to anyone at any time without prior notice.
